FAQ
Billing and licensing questions.
How does billing work?
Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Annual billing is ten times the monthly price — two months free. Self-serve card checkout is being set up; until then, request access and we'll set up your account and invoice you directly.
What currency are prices in? Is tax included?
All prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude tax. HST or GST/PST is added at the rate that applies to your billing address.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly plans stop at the end of the current month; annual plans run to the end of the paid year. There are no cancellation fees and you keep access to anything you've already exported.
What counts as an export row?
Each signal in a CSV download is one row, and every download counts — exporting the same signals twice uses the allowance twice. The allowance resets on the 1st of each month (Toronto time). Signals delivered by email digest, webhook or API don't count toward it; the API has its own per-minute rate limit.
How does a territory work?
A territory is one category group in one region — for example, Food & hospitality in Toronto — held by a single customer. Reserving one on the territories page holds it while we confirm; it doesn't charge you. York, Peel, Durham and Halton territories include those regions' data as each source goes live.
Can I resell the data or use it to train models?
Not on Starter, Pro, Territory or API plans — those are licensed for your own prospecting. Resale, redistribution and use in internal models need a data licence, which also carries the publishers' attribution requirements.
Is there a free option?
Yes. The weekly signals roundup, the licence checker and the founder newsletter are free. Signing in gives you a 25-row, 7-day preview of the feed without phone numbers.
